It’s been a while! {Manitowoc Family Child Photographer}

November 21, 2011

Whew! Finally finishing up from busy season. So many seniors, families and kiddos – I loved every minute of it! And now, one photo of my own kiddos. Cooperative subjects, no??

Meet Kora {Valders High School Senior Photographer}

October 21, 2011

Kora and her mom had some fantastic locations picked out for her senior photo session, I love it when clients have new places for me to check out! And even though it looked like it was going to pour on us any minute, it didn’t!

It was the weekend for two year olds! Charlie is two, too so we headed to his grandparents’ farm for some great fall photos.

He’s really strong too….

Fun to be Two! {Manitowoc Sheboygan Child Photographer}

October 18, 2011

Miss Isabella is turning two and is such a little lady already with her fashionable wardrobe and little springy curls.

It was super windy and poor little Bella’s nose wouldn’t stop running from the brisk chill in the air so we headed inside for some studio work. I haven’t done many sessions inside this summer/fall so it was a nice change!

Six & Four! {Manitowoc Green Bay Child Photographer}

October 2, 2011

My babies have turned six and four, oh my! We had our first ever planned photo session today – “planned” meaning props were used, special outfits were purchased and we drove to locations I use for my clients. And before the session even began, everything went wrong!

First, Landen was super crabby. He had 3 shots on Thursday and ran a fever yesterday from them. Second, Landen clawed/scratched Preston’s face about an hour before we were going to leave. I edited some of the photos (yay for Photoshop!) but left it in others because, well, it’s Preston. He usually does have some battle wound on his body at any given point. Third, Landen refused to wear the outfits I picked out for him and Preston’s outfit was too big for him. So last minute wardrobe changes were in order. And finally, we left the house at 4:15pm. My kids don’t nap at home anymore and in fact Preston doesn’t nap at all anymore. So what do you think happened 5 min after we left? They were both out cold in the car.

But for some reason, the photos turned out anyway. Preston was super cooperative so we had a private session while hubby hung out with a snoozing Landen in the car. And Landen actually woke up and semi-cooperated. At least I got a few of him, I’ll take what I can get from Mr. Moody. So with that huge story, here’s a picture overload for you (so many photos, I had a hard time choosing!).

(This is one of my most favorite pictures of Preston ever!)

Meet Kiley {Manitowoc High School Senior Photographer}

September 19, 2011

You know a session is going to be great when after you learn that your client’s name is the most awesome name ever (Kiley), she says to you, “I want to jump into Lake Michigan with my prom dress on!”.

Happy Birthday! {Manitowoc Child Photographer}

September 12, 2011

My baby turned four years old today! How did that happen?! A few snapshots from the summer below. I am amazed when I look at these photos. For a boy that cried the first 2.5+ years of his life (seriously!), he sure has turned into a happy little guy! I guess he finally decided life wasn’t so bad (not that he doesn’t have his moments – like, for instance, the way his socks fit him this morning). We love you, Landen! I can’t wait to watch what life has in store for you this year!

A New Bundle to Love {Green Bay Newborn Photographer}

September 7, 2011

Little William is 12 days old and a fiesty one! Well, a hungry one I should say. I bet the next time I see him, he’ll be nearly as big as his big brother.

I ADORE his dimple in this one!

And in case you are wondering what I did all the while he was eating….I played with the kitty :)

(he couldn’t resist the warm fuzzy blanket with the heating pad underneath, do you blame him?!)
